This two-week course presents parts of LIUNA Training’s Supervisor Training Program. This course consists of seven units dealing with the development and improvement of foremen.

These seven units are:

• Dealing with people

• Communications

• Health and safety recognition

• Project organization & documentation

• Construction math

• Problem solving

• Job instruction training

• First Aid/CPR

Laborers desiring to enroll in this course must have 5 years or 5000 hours of experience or a letter of recommendation from their contractor. (Signed application by contractor may be accepted in place of letter.)
