Jill Burson - Student Administrator
Jill Burson is the Student Administrator of OLTC. Jill is a member of Laborers' Local 1216 in Mansfield, Ohio. Jill's main responsibilities are scheduling of students for classes, assisting all three Directors and the Curriculum Administrator. Jill has been with OLTC since 2017.
Ginny Cochran - Curriculum Administrator
Ginny Cochran is the Curriculum Administrator of OLTC. Ginny is a member of Laborers' Local 1216 in Mansfield, Ohio. Ginny's responsibilities include preparation of all instructional material for all classes, at OLTC and classes at the various union halls and contractors. Ginny provides certification cards for successful completion of training courses. Ginny has been with OLTC since 2006. Ginny holds multiple Microsoft Certifications from Cuyahoga Community College. Ginny assists all three directors and the Student Administrator.
