Jim Wolford

Jim started working at the Training Center on December 8th, 2014. His experience in the kitchen extends over a span of 20 + years which included employment at facilities such as, but not limited to: The Wine Cellar in Columbus, Kenyon University in Gambier, and the Bad Apple in Howard.

Jeanette Nichols

Jeanette, of Local 1216, has been a leading team member of our kitchen staff since 2014. Her passion for serving others evolved during her many years in the healthcare industry. Some of her greatest memories developed during her work with special needs, including Alzheimer's patients. Family roots are dear to Jeanette, and she has spread some with the OLTC family, in the form of her grandmother's famous pie crust that she was taught as a child. She is a loving mother to three children, who finds joy in supporting them in their various activities, and has proudly taken the title of "soccer mom".

Jennifer McNeil

Jennifer, of Local 1216, has been a vital member of our kitchen staff team since 2021. Jenny's soul speaks loudly through feeding others, which has presented itself in her many years of experience. She takes pride in her service to both, Mount Vernon and Fredrickson School Districts, as well as the fulfillment received while missioning "peace meals", with her church. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys staying active and being outdoors, as she is an avid runner who loves hunting and gardening. There is always plenty to tend to on her cattle farm, but most importantly: Her greatest joys come from spending quality time with her beloved family.
