Jeanette Nichols, Team Leader

Jeanette joined OLTC in 2014 and currently serves as the Food Service Team Leader. With more than eleven years of experience in Food Service at OLTC, she brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to providing quality dining services for students and staff.
Jeanette is a proud member of Laborers Local 1216 and holds a Level 2 ServSafe Certification, as well as Manager Certification in Food Protection with the Ohio Department of Health, demonstrating her dedication to food safety and industry best practices. In her leadership role, she supports her team in delivering nutritious meals while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Jennifer McNeil

Jennifer "Jenny" joined OLTC in 2021 as a Dietary Aide and is a member of Local 1216. Jenny brings eleven years of experience in the dietary industry and Level 2 Serve Safe Certification.

Ashley Colopy

Ashley "Pashie" joined OLTC in 2023 as a Dietary Aide and is a member of Local 1216. Pashie brings eight years of experience in the dietary industry, including her ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (ANSI).

Alanna Hess

Alanna joined OLTC in 2025 as a Dietary Aide and is a member of Local 1216. Alanna brings thirteen years experience in the dietary industry and Serve Safe Certification.
