The Ohio Laborers’ Training and Apprenticeship Trust Fund / Ohio Laborers Training Center (OLTC) is seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Utility Technical Specialist with expertise in HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing, to support the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across all major building systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment.
