Mike Endsley
Mike joined OLTC in 1997 as the Maintenance Manager and is a member of Local 1216. Mike manages a variety of tasks for the training center, including lab equipment, machinery maintenance, and groundskeeping. Mike holds several related certifications.
Dave Baer
Dave joined OLTC in 2022 as a Maintenance Technician and is a member of Local 1216. His duties at the training center will include: running lab equipment, mowing and groundskeeping, preparing and cleaning labs, and performing maintenance on equipment.
Luke Baer
Luke joined OLTC in 2026 as the Facilities Utility Technical Specialist. His duties at the training center include: Repair and attention to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, Maintenance Logs/Records, and general facilities maintenance.
