Andrew is a proud member of Laborers' Local 480 in Sandusky and has been a dedicated member of the Ohio Laborers' Training Center team since 2013. As the Training Center's first IT Administrator, Andrew oversees all technology solutions, providing support for both hardware and software systems across the training center. A certified CompTIA Tech+ professional, Andrew is known for his exceptional problem-solving skills and extensive technical expertise. Whether he's troubleshooting complex PC issues, building custom computers, or tacklng motherboard-level repairs, Andrew brings a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of information technology to every challenge.

His commitment to keeping systems running efficiently and securely ensures that staff, instructors and trainees have the technology resources they need to succeed.

As the CDL Administrator, Andrew coordinates with Laborers, Locals, and Contractors to ensure all requirements are met for ELDT. Andrew maintains required documents for ELDT Candidates, schedules ELDT Candidates for training, and submits training records to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry in order for ELDT Trainees to be eligible for CDL pre-trip, range, and on-the-road testing.
