Burning (B-2)
This 5 day course provides an introduction to the oxygen-acetylene cutting torch, propane cutting torch, and electric plasma arc cutting. Fitting, wearing, and proper tie-off of safety harnesses.

Graduates must demonstrate proficiency in hooking up and adjusting cutting torches, hoses and regulators. Making clean drop cuts on steel plate, structural steel, and pipe. Hook up, light, adjust and apply the burning bar, Petrogen torch and Plasma Arc cutter. The fitting, wearing and tying off of safety harnesses.
